Hi. Thank you for visiting😊
Last weekend was a kind of “birthday
weekend” for me. My birthday is 18th
of June, but unfortunately, this year, I had a really really important IELTS
test on the day... First, when I knew
about it, I was so disappointed. What makes
worse, it was my 20th birthday.
The 20th birthday is biggest and most important day for
Japanese, because according to Japanese law, people come of age when they are
20 years old. So, I thought I’m a so
unlucky girl in the world...
However, I could met many friends on the
day and all of them said “Happy birthday!” to me, so I was happy and didn’t
feel as unlucky girl. In addition, my
host family organized a birthday party for me on Sunday. The day was terrible weather, but except it,
it was soooooo lovely and the most interesting day. My host father made burgers for us and host
mother and host sisters and their friends made a birthday cake for me! I invited some friends and I chatted a lot and
played games with them. I’ve never held my
birthday party at Japan, so that I was really excited!!!
I really appreciate to my best friends and
my loving family💓
I spent the happiest weekend in my life!
Hi Kaho
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you had to do the IELTS on your birthday but it sounds like your host family and friends made up for that. Congratulations on being an adult! Oh and good luck with your IELTS results.
